Meet the families actively choosing a school.
School Path is where San Antonio families turn when they're three weeks from a decision, not three years. By the time a family reaches your inbox, the conversation is about whether you're the right school — not whether you exist.

Three steps from profile to enrollment.
Onboard
We set up your profile — programs, tuition, photos, and your admissions contact. Light lift from your team; we handle the rest.
Match
Families answer a few questions about their child. When your school is a fit, they see you — not a list of three hundred options.
Enroll
Inquiries land in your inbox. You schedule tours on your calendar. The conversation stays between your admissions team and the family.
Built for admissions teams who want quality over volume.
School Path isn't a listing site. It's a matching layer that puts your school in front of families who are already looking for what you offer — and ready to enroll.
Families who match
Reach families whose grade, priorities, and location align with what you offer — not cold traffic from a generic directory.
Tuition revenue
TEFA-eligible families arrive with funding in hand. Your team focuses on fit and enrollment, not explaining the program from scratch.
Direct conversation
You own the relationship from first inquiry through enrollment. School Path routes the introduction; you run admissions.
Your calendar
Set the availability windows that work for your admissions team. Families pick a slot; you confirm. No back-and-forth, no double bookings.
A clearer picture, every season
See which programs pull interest, where inquiries come from, and where families drop off. The data is yours — useful, not vain.
Built with community partners
School Path was built alongside local family networks who know San Antonio — so the families that find you are local, motivated, and ready to enroll.
Everything your admissions team needs.
Nothing they don't.

Open seats. Real families. One conversation.
We meet with every partner school before going live. Tell us about your seats, your timeline, and your admissions team — and we'll show you the families already looking.
Common questions from schools.
What does it cost to partner with School Path?
We meet with every partner school to walk through the model before going live. Pricing is straightforward — no upfront fees and aligned with enrollment outcomes. The exact terms depend on your school's seats and timeline, which is why we start with a conversation.
How are families verified?
Families self-report TEFA status during signup, and we mark families as TEFA-approved once we've verified through Odyssey. You'll see the verified status alongside each inquiry, so your team knows which families have funding in hand.
Do we have to use the School Path inbox?
No. You can reply from your own email and your team's existing workflow. School Path just routes families' first message to you — what happens after is on your terms.
What information do you need from us to launch?
Programs, grade range, tuition and financial aid policy, a few photos, and a point of contact. Onboarding takes about a week of light work from your team.
How is this different from a directory or an aggregator?
A directory lists you. School Path matches families to you. Families don't browse three hundred listings — they answer a few questions about their child and see schools that fit. You reach families who are already a fit, not anyone with a search bar.
Where is School Path live?
San Antonio today. Austin, Houston, and Dallas-Fort Worth on the roadmap as TEFA continues to expand statewide.
